This policy explains what information we collect when you visit kairologic.io or contact us through it, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Systems we build and operate for clients carry their own privacy notices, and services we provide to clients are governed by separate written agreements.

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact, demo, or booking form, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive basic technical data when you visit: pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and run demos, provide information you request, operate and improve the website, protect it from abuse, and, only if you ask for them, send you updates or marketing emails. We do not sell your information.
We may use AI-based tools to help us read, route, and respond to inquiries. We use AI providers under commercial terms that restrict the use of submitted data to providing the service and do not permit it to be used to train their models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run our business, website hosting and publishing, form and automation infrastructure, email and productivity tools, our customer-relationship system, analytics, AI tools as described above, and communications providers, and otherwise only where required by law or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing achernandez82@kairologic.io. We will delete it from our systems; the service providers we use may retain copies for a limited period under their own policies.

This website is intended for business audiences and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
