These terms govern your use of kairologic.io (the “Site”), operated by Kairologic LLC (“Kairologic,” “we”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site describes our automation services and lets you contact us. Services themselves are provided only under a signed written agreement (a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work) between Kairologic and a client. Nothing on the Site is an offer that forms a contract, and demos, examples, and screenshots are illustrative.
If you are a Kairologic client, your services agreement, not these terms, governs the services, and it controls over these terms if they conflict.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is general information about automation and AI. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice, and it may become outdated as technology and law change. Don’t rely on it as advice for your specific situation.
Testimonials and results
Testimonials and case studies on the Site describe specific clients’ experiences. Results depend on many factors, and we do not promise that you will achieve similar results.
Our content
The Site and its content, text, graphics, videos, demos, logos, and branding, belong to Kairologic or its licensors. You may view and share links to the Site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, republish, frame, or use our content or branding without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Site for anything unlawful; probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass its security; use bots or automated tools to scrape it; or submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through our forms.
What you send us
Information you submit through our forms is handled under our Privacy Policy. Please don’t send confidential or proprietary information before we have a signed agreement in place, unsolicited ideas and materials are treated as non-confidential.
Third-party links and tools
The Site links to and embeds third-party sites and tools (for example, video hosting and scheduling). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairologic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section applies to the Site only; liability relating to client services is governed by the applicable services agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Kairologic against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.
Access
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or restrict access for misuse, at any time without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Site after that means you accept them.
General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Kairologic about use of the Site itself.
