Is our client data used to train AI?
No. Processing runs through a contracted commercial API path that does not train on your data, and the arrangement is disclosed in the agreement, not buried in fine print.
Does the AI ever draft legal documents or contact clients on its own?
No, by design. Drafting legal instruments is the practice of law and stays with your attorneys. And nothing client-facing sends without human approval, the AI proposes, your staff disposes.
